Shipping & Return Policy

At WhistlePig we want to ensure that you are  satisfied with your recent purchase and shopping experience.

If you purchase a product that you feel is defective or otherwise unfit for consumption, please reach out to us. We will help facilitate the return and we’ll handle analysis of the product.

If you elect to return a bottle you no longer wish to own, it must be returned unopened and a return shipping rate will be applied as well as a 20% restocking fee.

Orders can not be returned after 30 days from day of receipt.

WhistlePig does not ship internationally or to US Territories. WhistlePig does not ship to PO boxes or other non-direct residential locations.  WhistlePig's shipping policy may change at any time, for any reason.

At the time of sale, the deed of purchase is passed from WhistlePig to you, the buyer. WhistlePig then facilitates the shipping of your package. Ensure that you can receive and import packages with spirits to your state or territory.

Credit Card chargebacks initiated before the arrival or return of a product will result in your account being terminated with WhistlePig and any relevant legal action being initiated.
